Who we are

This policy applies to Smart Asian Food Inc, doing business as Meet Up Restaurant, and our website at eatmeetup.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order, make a reservation, or contact us, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, order or reservation details, preferences, notes, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to verify your phone number, process and manage orders and reservations, send requested confirmations and order-ready alerts, provide customer service, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Delivery information

When you request delivery, we collect your delivery address and share the information needed to fulfill that request, including your name, phone number, address and order details, with the selected fulfillment provider (DoorDash or Uber Direct) and its delivery providers. Delivery address information is also used to check service availability and obtain a delivery fee quote.

Payment information

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are handled under Stripe's privacy and security practices. Meet Up Restaurant does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use service providers only as needed to deliver messages and operate the service. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except providers that support delivery of the requested messages.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for restaurant operations, customer service, security, accounting, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
