Service terms

These terms govern use of eatmeetup.com and the ordering and reservation services offered by Smart Asian Food Inc, doing business as Meet Up Restaurant. Menu items, prices, availability, pickup estimates, and reservation times may change. Orders and reservations are accepted only when confirmed by the restaurant.

Online orders and payment

Online pickup orders are submitted to the restaurant only after Stripe confirms payment. The website displays the item subtotal, applicable sales tax, and total before payment. A successful charge alone does not change food availability or pickup timing; your order number and confirmation page show that the order has entered our system.

To request an order change, cancellation, or refund, call 805-507-7777 promptly. Preparation may begin immediately after payment, so changes or refunds are not guaranteed once food preparation has started. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the financial institution.

SMS Terms

When you enter your mobile number and check the SMS consent box while placing an order or making a reservation, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Smart Asian Food Inc d/b/a Meet Up Restaurant about that customer relationship. Messages may include a verification code, order confirmation, estimated pickup time, order-ready notice, reservation confirmation, and related customer-care updates.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or call 805-507-7777. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an order or reservation; contact the restaurant directly for service changes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may limit access when needed to protect customers, staff, or the service.
